In the 10th minute, Tivadar Demeter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Brandin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Tivadar Demeter notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC Snipers's Emanuel Brandin. Emanuel Brandin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arnold Szuper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Erik Sörman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Szombathely Squirrels's Bai Jun Chong got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Szombathely Squirrels booed when FC Snipers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olov Groth didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tivadar Demeter in the 21st minute of play forced FC Snipers's goalkeeper Emanuel Brandin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Hedlund kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The supporters of Szombathely Squirrels booed when FC Snipers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. James Chin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, FC Snipers's goal looked a bit too open when Bai Jun Chong came free, but Emanuel Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Snipers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Szombathely Squirrels the free kick. In the 32nd minute, Olov Groth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tivadar Demeter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Brandin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tivadar Demeter in the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Tivadar Demeter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Brandin. FC Snipers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tivadar Demeter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The FC Snipers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Szombathely Squirrels were winning 0-5.

FC Snipers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tivadar Demeter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Sven-Edvin Björklund kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Szombathely Squirrels's Bai Jun Chong was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emanuel Brandin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lei Jian Xiong in the 71st minute of play forced FC Snipers's goalkeeper Emanuel Brandin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lei Jian Xiong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olov Groth was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, FC Snipers's Olov Groth got a free kick in the 77th minute. If Lei Jian Xiong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, FC Snipers's goal looked a bit too open when Lei Jian Xiong came free, but Emanuel Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Snipers's goalkeeper Emanuel Brandin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, FC Snipers's goal looked a bit too open when Lei Jian Xiong came free, but Emanuel Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anton Pålsson charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anton Pålsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lei Jian Xiong in the 88th minute of play forced FC Snipers's goalkeeper Emanuel Brandin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 played minutes FC Snipers got a freekick which was hit by Martin Hedlund. Emanuel Brandin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lei Jian Xiong in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Lei Jian Xiong cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Emanuel Brandin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emanuel Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lei Jian Xiong, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Szombathely Squirrels played a much better game than FC Snipers and deserved their victory. The FC Snipers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
