Greid Tinsmith took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Coronel Camba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Wincek made in the 5th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Pier Kopacz immediately put the ball in play. Greid Tinsmith stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wolf De Hond's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Greid Tinsmith was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wolf De Hond showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Armand Steenberghs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Greid Tinsmith having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Herbert Wincek in the 20th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Apricis Bruxella's Romeu Moreira. 21 minutes into the game, Apricis Bruxella's Armand Steenberghs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Greid Tinsmith made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Inge Braa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laurence Van Den Abeele read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Greid Tinsmith made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Wolf De Hond sent off a good shot on target. Laurence Van Den Abeele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inge Braa in the 33rd minute of the match. Wolf De Hond struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Greid Tinsmith didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apricis Bruxella. Greid Tinsmith made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wolf De Hond in the 35th minute. Doffes Damer's Greid Tinsmith proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Doffes Damer from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wolf De Hond made a kick off. Apricis Bruxella's Laurence Van Den Abeele proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Apricis Bruxella from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute, Doffes Damer's Göran Vedholm dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 55th match minute, Doffes Damer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inge Braa to maneuver through the defense. Doffes Damer's Greid Tinsmith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wolf De Hond in the 56th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Wolf De Hond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Greid Tinsmith. Doffes Damer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wolf De Hond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Doffes Damer made a substitution. Andréas Stigsson replaced Greg Barrera. Apricis Bruxella's Steven Gierman was substituted for Güney Özboga. Coronel Camba hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Cristi notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Apricis Bruxella's Laurence Van Den Abeele. Laurence Van Den Abeele was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Apricis Bruxella booed when Doffes Damer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andréas Stigsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Doffes Damer defense, Armand Steenberghs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Greid Tinsmith. The Doffes Damer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Greid Tinsmith should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Apricis Bruxella had won after a very even match.
