In the 18th minute Nick Heesen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Eguzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitaliy Vorobey made in the 19th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ladislao Cordarius. Manolo Bartumeu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonatan Eguzki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Manolo Bartumeu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonatan Eguzki having to make a save. Unidad de Matanza's Jonatan Eguzki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Unidad de Matanza from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's Ladislao Cordarius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Eguzki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonatan Eguzki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manolo Bartumeu in the 35th minute. If Manolo Bartumeu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Unidad de Matanza's Lateef Raal got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Unidad de Matanza's Jonatan Eguzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolo Bartumeu in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Bartumeu in the 68th minute of play forced Unidad de Matanza's goalkeeper Jonatan Eguzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Georg Hagberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Stehno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Unidad de Matanza's Georg Hagberg threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Michal Stehno, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 72nd minute Nick Heesen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Eguzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Eguzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nick Heesen, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nick Heesen in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonatan Eguzki saved Unidad de Matanza from getting behind. After 91 minutes Unidad de Matanza's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ladislao Cordarius who took care of the corner kick.
