Jonatan Eguzki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lars Sundström showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. With 13 minutes on the clock, Leonard Winszman commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 13th minute, one of FC Kurdistan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Kurdistan. FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Stehno in the 18th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Unidad de Matanza walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
