But to his dismay, Leandro Heidemann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turgut Soyuer got free with Isak Jacobsson in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Turgut Soyuer might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isak Jacobsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turgut Soyuer ran back to his position shaking his head. Digital Monsterz FC's Isak Jacobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 30th minute of play. David Abad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Özkut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Heidemann in the 38th minute of play. Digital Monsterz FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Birger Spetz in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute of the match Digital Monsterz FC got a corner. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Birger Spetz ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Digital Monsterz FC's corner Birger Spetz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Abad quite easily take care of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Heidemann in the 55th minute of play forced Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goalkeeper David Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the game, André Qvalfeldt threw the ball into play from the sideline. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Hortêncio Moura quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Chinese CJ Youth Academy from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the game, Hortêncio Moura threw the ball into play from the sideline. In the 80th minute, Long Xiang Yuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute of the match Birger Spetz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Abad skillfully saved the ball. David Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anıl Özkut in the 82nd minute of play. The throw-in from Birger Spetz in the 83rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Long Xiang Yuan. 86 minutes into the game, André Qvalfeldt threw the ball into play from the sideline. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Hortêncio Moura quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. David Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Heidemann in the 90th minute of play. After 90 minutes of play, Digital Monsterz FC's Leandro Heidemann made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Abad was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 94 played minutes Digital Monsterz FC got a freekick which was hit by Christer Nyberg. Isak Jacobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turgut Soyuer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
