Edoardo Corna scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niceto Virila, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Baldomero Lapurdi's late challenge caught a Fc Molina di Quosa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomero Lapurdi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Nuevo Horizonte getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Baldomero Lapurdi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Corna in the 20th minute of play forced Nuevo Horizonte's goalkeeper Niceto Virila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Fc Molina di Quosa's Edoardo Corna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niceto Virila made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 25 minutes into the match, Edoardo Corna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niceto Virila. Nuevo Horizonte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edoardo Corna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. If Edoardo Corna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Niceto Virila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Corna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Fc Molina di Quosa fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Fc Molina di Quosa's Edoardo Corna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Niceto Virila came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Molina di Quosa's Edoardo Corna. But to his dismay, Edoardo Corna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Niceto Virila came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Molina di Quosa's Edoardo Corna. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Niceto Virila was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edoardo Corna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 52 minute of play. Cristóvão de Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Niceto Virila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niceto Virila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edoardo Corna's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. If Edoardo Corna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Edoardo Corna took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Niceto Virila to make any attempt to save it. In the 67th minute, Edoardo Corna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niceto Virila was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. In the 70th minute, Alfonso Hotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fc Molina di Quosa's Edoardo Corna got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Nuevo Horizonte defense, Cristóvão de Moraes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niceto Virila. The Nuevo Horizonte fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niceto Virila should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the game, Fc Molina di Quosa's Edoardo Corna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niceto Virila made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. 85 minutes into the match, Edoardo Corna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niceto Virila. Nuevo Horizonte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edoardo Corna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-15. After having played for 89 minutes, Teodor Segura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Molina di Quosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodor Segura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Fc Molina di Quosa's Aldo Baruffa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Niceto Virila. That made the score 0-16 after 91 minutes of play.
