Don Duarte who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Norbert Gotfryd when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Don Duarte to make the kick off. Norbert Gotfryd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Don Duarte came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Don Duarte couldn't finish the play. A collision led to KoLiber getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Teobald Kalinowski hit a great ball. Emanuel Miguéis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Norbert Gotfryd read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind KoLiber's goalkeeper Norbert Gotfryd, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Don Duarte put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Norbert Gotfryd. After 68 minutes, Wladyslaw Wos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KoLiber and the CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land players grew even worse after the yellow card. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's King Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladyslaw Ruzicki in the 73rd minute of play. Norbert Gotfryd stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Don Duarte's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Don Duarte put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Norbert Gotfryd. Emanuel Miguéis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Gotfryd having to interfere. After having played for 88 minutes, Don Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's supporters crossed their fingers, but Don Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Don Duarte left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. If Don Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land had played much better football throughout.
