Eusebio Beltran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eulalio Bastian having to make a save. In the 14th match minute, Deportivo Mandiyu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Bermudo to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, Eusebio Beltran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eulalio Bastian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Águilas Poblanas's Oswaldo Murillo got control of the ball when Zhu Bin Kun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Águilas Poblanas's Bernardino Esiquio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Atilano Urtats in the 30 minute of the game. 34 minutes into the match, Águilas Poblanas's goal looked a bit too open when Zhu Bin Kun came free, but Oswaldo Murillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eulalio Bastian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Beltran in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper Oswaldo Murillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 40 minutes, Eusebio Beltran made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Deportivo Mandiyu's Eulalio Bastian tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Honorato Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The supporters of Deportivo Mandiyu booed when Águilas Poblanas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Esiquio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Txindoki was substituted for Godofredo Hibai. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhu Bin Kun in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oswaldo Murillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ðura Snob hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Deportivo Mandiyu made a substitution. Roberto Cherro replaced Zhu Bin Kun. With a little luck, Deportivo Mandiyu's Eulalio Bastian got control of the ball when Eusebio Beltran tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mandiyu's Atilano Urtats got a free kick in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusebio Beltran got free with Eulalio Bastian in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 84 minutes into the game, Eusebio Beltran recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eulalio Bastian. Eusebio Beltran showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. In the 88th match minute, Deportivo Mandiyu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefano Hengemühl to maneuver through the defense. Oswaldo Murillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Cherro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eulalio Bastian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Lampe in the 94th minute of play.
