Oswaldo Murillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Frichoso in the 26th minute of play. Carsten Eckstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klement Malik, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The audience was convinced that Froilan Moise's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oswaldo Murillo was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Froilan Moise put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Oswaldo Murillo.
