In the 16th minute, Stefan Wiberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evaristo Pernambucano scored 4-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claes Nordmark, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 22 minutes of play, Jukatriz's Richard Lira made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claes Nordmark was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th match minute, Jukatriz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wanderson Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. Claes Nordmark was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Amadeu Arruda showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 27 minute of play. After 34 minutes, Josué de Salles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jukatriz and the AFC Eskilstuna players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amadeu Arruda was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by AFC Eskilstuna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Haroldo Arce was slow to take the kick. During this time Jukatriz's players had a chance to rest. Antônio Nóbrega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, AFC Eskilstuna's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Nóbrega came free, but Claes Nordmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
