Paulo-Roberto Falcão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Frans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Mota in the 28th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Luka Langoni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo-Roberto Falcão. Trindade Atlético Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luka Langoni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Paulo-Roberto Falcão came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Abuba Akotonon FC's Luka Langoni. But to his dismay, Luka Langoni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Emilio Jakue scored 0-6 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo-Roberto Falcão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rene Sanson charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rene Sanson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Trindade Atlético Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Abuba Akotonon FC were winning 0-6.

A hard shot 57 in the game by Luka Langoni from a close distance when the talented Paulo-Roberto Falcão managed to make a qualified save. Trindade Atlético Club's players were relieved. In the 61st minute, Igor Maranhense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo-Roberto Falcão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka Langoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Paulo-Roberto Falcão managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Abuba Akotonon FC's Luka Langoni fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Emilio Jakue took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Paulo-Roberto Falcão to make any attempt to save it. Trindade Atlético Club made a substitution. Germano do Vale replaced Cristiano Mota. 73 minutes into the game, Dario Sabino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abuba Akotonon FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trindade Atlético Club the free kick. Dario Sabino hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match.
