Joaquim Valdueza charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquim Valdueza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 33 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Valdueza. After taking down the ball on the xeneise dream team's corner Carlitos Teves fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Blair McCormick quite easily take care of the ball. Odilon Rozano struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Leopoldo Txema didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Unión CF. 43 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's goalkeeper Blair McCormick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlitos Teves. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Aquiles Mikolas took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Blair McCormick to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Odilon Rozano made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aquiles Mikolas in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blair McCormick saved Real Unión CF from getting behind. After 59 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Odilon Rozano. Carlitos Teves took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Blair McCormick. Blair McCormick dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Real Unión CF's Blair McCormick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Schelokov in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Maximino Mikolas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Blair McCormick was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 73rd match minute, Real Unión CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Odilon Rozano to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Aquiles Mikolas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blair McCormick. Real Unión CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aquiles Mikolas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After 80 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Otsoa Alberca. In the 80th match minute, Real Unión CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marz Pedros to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to the xeneise dream team getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Bernabe Jerold hit a great ball. There was no doubt that the xeneise dream team were the better team. the xeneise dream team's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
