Ronny Tiger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eddie Viklund's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tage Brolin got free with Joseph Söderberg in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joseph Söderberg had great luck who in the 13thth minute grab hold of the ball when Nicklas Hernström from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mellbystrand IK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Åke Eliasson was slow to take the kick. During this time Linghed Angels FC's players had a chance to rest. William Saliba made a great header on Linghed Angels FC's corner, it was just that Mellbystrand IK's Joseph Söderberg managed to reach the ball for a save. With an all-out effort, Linghed Angels FC's Joseph Söderberg threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nicklas Hernström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ronny Tiger came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Mellbystrand IK's Eddie Viklund. But to his dismay, Eddie Viklund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Viklund in the 23rd minute of play forced Linghed Angels FC's goalkeeper Ronny Tiger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicklas Hernström hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 25 minutes of play, Mellbystrand IK's Edgar Abersell made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronny Tiger was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th minute Edgar Abersell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronny Tiger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronny Tiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Viklund in the 33rd minute of the match. Mellbystrand IK's Joseph Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicklas Hernström in the 38th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Eddie Viklund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ronny Tiger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Edgar Abersell made the kick off in the second half. Ronny Tiger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Abersell in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Linghed Angels FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Viklund came free, but Ronny Tiger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Linghed Angels FC's Tage Brolin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joseph Söderberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After a rather tough play, Linghed Angels FC's Isaac Fridlund got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute Nicklas Hernström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Söderberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joseph Söderberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicklas Hernström, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute Nicklas Hernström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Söderberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joseph Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Brolin in the 73rd minute of play. Joseph Söderberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tage Brolin, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Ronny Tiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Igelström in the 79th minute of the match. Linghed Angels FC's João Gaúcho was substituted for Nicklas Hernström. Mellbystrand IK's Tom Riddle managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Per-Oskar Ekgren in the 93 minute of the game. 95 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Nazário De Lima had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joseph Söderberg. Mellbystrand IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Nazário De Lima was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Mellbystrand IK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
