In the 13th minute, Richard Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute Honorio Telesforo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luiz Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Cachiyuyo EAS booed when AS Pikachuzim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel Berger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorio Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd match minute, Cachiyuyo EAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Pietrasz to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Luiz Matorin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciej Gizynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulisses Teixeira made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cachiyuyo EAS's Maciej Gizynski. Tiago Lira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th match minute, AS Pikachuzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Madureira to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Tiago Lira in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cachiyuyo EAS's Fabricio Ferrer. Fabricio Ferrer took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Luiz Matorin. Pedro Luiz Matorin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Pedro Luiz Matorin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Honorio Telesforo's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aílton Carneiro during the 49th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aílton Carneiro hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Honorio Telesforo made the kick off in the second half. If Honorio Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabricio Ferrer struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Pedro Luiz Matorin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachiyuyo EAS. In the 66th match minute, AS Pikachuzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percy Cearense to maneuver through the defense. AS Pikachuzim made a substitution. Rodolfo Pinheiro replaced Wilton Carneiro. 70 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Pinheiro notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cachiyuyo EAS's Placido Haimar. Placido Haimar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Honorio Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ulisses Teixeira fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AS Pikachuzim's protests and gave Ulisses Teixeira a yellow card for diving instead. Ulisses Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Telesforo came free, but Pedro Luiz Matorin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AS Pikachuzim's Pedro Luiz Matorin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Ferrer in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo EAS's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Pinheiro came free, but Placido Haimar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Luiz Matorin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Ferrer in the 96th minute of play. In the 97thth minute of the game Honorio Telesforo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AS Pikachuzim's Pedro Luiz Matorin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 99 played minutes, Cachiyuyo EAS's Ethan Hunt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Matorin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cachiyuyo EAS reached it. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Cachiyuyo EAS players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
