In the 15th minute Elói da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Kaan Acartürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Martin Ericsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gino Valle quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gino Valle came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Leicester Foxes Academy's Oscar Drake. But to his dismay, Oscar Drake quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A collision led to Leicester Foxes Academy getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Theo Crossley hit a great ball. Ali Kaan Acartürk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Battal Cüneyt Türe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Gino Valle managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Leicester Foxes Academy's Oscar Drake fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 35th minute Battal Cüneyt Türe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Kaan Acartürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's Battal Cüneyt Türe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gino Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Drake was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Ericsson in the 51st minute of play forced A. A. Elano de Sousa went to the cornerflag to take it. When Battal Cüneyt Türe came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】 fans jumped to their feet. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Matt Elliott put in a rough tackle. After 93 played minutes Leicester Foxes Academy got a freekick which was hit by Matt Elliott.
