In the 5th minute, Luis Figo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gothic Souls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Gothic Souls's Wesley Sneijder got a free kick in the 11th minute. Albiceleste F.C.'s Fausto Elazar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Albiceleste F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd minute, Nestor Nabar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Paul Scholes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fausto Elazar made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Luis Figo sent off a good shot on target. Albiceleste F.C.'s Fausto Elazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Öztürk Umuralp in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Figo in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Elazar saved Albiceleste F.C. from getting behind. In the 37th match minute, Albiceleste F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Mambru to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Gothic Souls's Aydın Secaat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Elazar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gökçen Cihaner made in the 42nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Aydın Secaat. Fausto Elazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wesley Sneijder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Gothic Souls's Öztürk Umuralp got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Elazar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Öztürk Umuralp went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 60th minute of the game, Paul Scholes landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Nestor Nabar fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Albiceleste F.C.'s protests and gave Nestor Nabar a yellow card for diving instead. Gothic Souls's Sezer İnan was substituted for Paul Scholes. Luis Figo scored 3-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fausto Elazar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 70 minutes of play, Gothic Souls's Wesley Sneijder made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fausto Elazar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fausto Elazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Figo in the 75th minute of the match. Fausto Elazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezer İnan in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute Luis Figo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Elazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cosme Justin fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Albiceleste F.C.'s protests and gave Cosme Justin a yellow card for diving instead. Cosme Justin kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Fausto Elazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wesley Sneijder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Figo in the 91st minute of play forced Albiceleste F.C.'s goalkeeper Fausto Elazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Elazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezer İnan in the 94th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Adolfo Mendiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gothic Souls fully deserved thier win.
