Brian Lambert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arturo Borubar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clive Workman, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. A collision led to Lisburn Distillery F.C. getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Charles Aranguiz hit a great ball. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Brian Lambert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Brian Lambert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miromir Lerych in the 9th minute. Głodne Ghule u21's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Przemyslaw Lanczak in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Brian Lambert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Erik Exposito's late challenge caught a Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erik Exposito helped the player get up and apologised. Miromir Lerych could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Brian Lambert made a huge save. Arturo Borubar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clive Workman's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Clive Workman put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arturo Borubar. In the 24th minute, Miromir Lerych reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Brian Lambert. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 27th minute, Głodne Ghule u21's Ludomir Raszek seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ludomir Raszek the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Głodne Ghule u21 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ludomir Raszek had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Głodne Ghule u21 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! After 30 minutes of play, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Dominik Giertych made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arturo Borubar was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Brian Lambert got control of the ball when Miromir Lerych tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miromir Lerych's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brian Lambert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Głodne Ghule u21's Bogdan Rakovytsja was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Brian Lambert in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the Lisburn Distillery F.C. defense, Bogdan Rakovytsja kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brian Lambert. The Lisburn Distillery F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brian Lambert should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Billy Booth made a kick off. Brian Lambert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Lerych, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 54 minutes of play, Głodne Ghule u21's Miromir Lerych made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brian Lambert was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute, Przemyslaw Lanczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Przemyslaw Lanczak hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clive Workman got free with Arturo Borubar in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th minute Bogdan Rakovytsja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Lambert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Clive Workman. Lisburn Distillery F.C. made a substitution. Jonathon Gates replaced Andrew Ross. After a defensive mix-up in Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s zone, Miromir Lerych stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brian Lambert came out of the goal and Miromir Lerych tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, Miromir Lerych notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Brian Lambert. Brian Lambert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute Miromir Lerych shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Lambert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Miromir Lerych cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Brian Lambert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miromir Lerych in the 90th minute of play forced Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Brian Lambert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Głodne Ghule u21's Miromir Lerych in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After 93 minutes, Elói Alagoano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lisburn Distillery F.C. and the Głodne Ghule u21 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Lisburn Distillery F.C. getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Elói Alagoano hit a great ball. Głodne Ghule u21's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
