The tension between the Chuscha FC - Ψ - and the Pihl United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Chuscha FC - Ψ - getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Efrain Berriotxoa hit a great ball. Baldomero Tancredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luc Fontaine in the 36th minute of the match. Hubert Berggren scored 5-0 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomero Tancredo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Beckeman to make the kick off. After 96 played minutes Pihl United got a freekick which was hit by Helge Sander. Pihl United's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
