Hamílton Couto hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Fabiofs's Giuseppe Montenegro got control of the ball when Ros Vos de Vos tried to sneak it across the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herbert Sempels to strike the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Ros Vos de Vos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With an all-out effort, Fabiofs's Roderik De Fauw threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ramón Fantini, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Giuseppe Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ros Vos de Vos, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 64th minute, Ros Vos de Vos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Fabiofs's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Herbert Sempels ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Herbert Sempels's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giuseppe Montenegro was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Ros Vos de Vos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giuseppe Montenegro was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Ndingi Mwana'a Tchokhonelidze's late challenge caught a Fabiofs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Fabiofs booed when Ulan Bator Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position.
