Alfred Bator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Piatti in the 3rd minute of play. PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Cristian Minteuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN from getting a goal against them. Eusebiu Pantelimon's late challenge caught a ◄19A10►Brunsberga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebiu Pantelimon helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Eusebiu Pantelimon got a free kick in the 10th minute. The supporters of ◄19A10►Brunsberga booed when PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicodim Epure didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudiu Blajovan charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudiu Blajovan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN got a freekick which was hit by Claudiu Blajovan. In the 16th minute, Igor Zdrojowy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristian Minteuan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Cristian Minteuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tymoteusz Siekierski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. ◄19A10►Brunsberga's Alfred Bator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Piatti in the 24th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Chlebek came free, but Cristian Minteuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Cristian Minteuan got control of the ball when Wlodzimierz Duda tried to sneak it across the goal line. PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Cristian Minteuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN from getting a goal against them. Cristian Minteuan was a little too slow when Tymoteusz Siekierski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 2-0. When Nicu Miniș came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicu Miniș couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pablo Piatti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eusebiu Pantelimon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Calistrat Ciobanu during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Calistrat Ciobanu kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute of the match Stanislaw Haskiewicz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristian Minteuan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 58th match minute, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicodim Epure to maneuver through the defense. Eusebiu Pantelimon struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Alfred Bator didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN. After 64 minutes of play, ◄19A10►Brunsberga's Marek Chlebek made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristian Minteuan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 67 minutes into the match, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's goal looked a bit too open when Wlodzimierz Duda came free, but Cristian Minteuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes, Nicodim Epure mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN and the ◄19A10►Brunsberga players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Nicodim Epure hit a great ball. Cristian Minteuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Zdrojowy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Piatti got free with Alfred Bator in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wlodzimierz Duda in the 86th minute of play forced PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's goalkeeper Cristian Minteuan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Marek Chlebek fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ◄19A10►Brunsberga's protests and gave Marek Chlebek a yellow card for diving instead. Marek Chlebek kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Cristian Minteuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Chlebek in the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Leo Schuhmacher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Bator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
