Soroca F.C.'s Pedro Rito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Soroca F.C. from getting a goal against them. Made in Paraguay's Vincente Monzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Maidana in the 22nd minute of play. Vincente Monzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Maidana, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Made in Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Maidana came free, but Vincente Monzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Made in Paraguay's Sendoa Najera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 46th minute Teobaldo Guilabertus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Monzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Made in Paraguay's Joseba Font was substituted for Ramone Betancur. The wind increased when Teobaldo Guilabertus made the kick off in the second half. Teobaldo Guilabertus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Vincente Monzon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Atilano Maidana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Vincente Monzon made a huge save. Sendoa Najera might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Rito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sendoa Najera ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Dantae to maneuver through the defense.
