When Florentino Jamilio came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florentino Jamilio couldn't finish the play. Virginijus Taujanskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Jamilio in the 7th minute of play. When Florentino Jamilio came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florentino Jamilio couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Santiago Luzano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Virginijus Taujanskas. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. In the 29th minute, Txindoki Colmenares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Aleksotas FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guillerme Bojorquez took the corner. After 36 minutes of play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Santiago Luzano made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virginijus Taujanskas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Santiago Luzano struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Virginijus Taujanskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Dep. Soc. Rodo.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vilius Latvėnas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Paulius Margelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virginijus Taujanskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Luzano in the 57th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Santiago Luzano notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas. Virginijus Taujanskas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Florentino Jamilio succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Virginijus Taujanskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Luzano in the 72nd minute of play. Virginijus Taujanskas came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Santiago Luzano. But to his dismay, Santiago Luzano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 81st match minute, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Oces to maneuver through the defense. Benjaminas Česnauskas came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gamus Landeros could save by the left post. After 86 minutes, Nedas Stulpinas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aleksotas FK and the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nedas Stulpinas hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Vilius Latvėnas could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Gamus Landeros however easily saved by the left post. After 92 played minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Birjaio Masdeu. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
