After 4 minutes Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Feliberto Ubelteso who took care of the corner kick. Ricardo Austin made a great header on MOEBIO's corner, it was just that Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s Patryk Basaik managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ricardo Austin sped through Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patryk Basaik. Archie Ares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Real Guayaquil.F.C. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Dannes Asuaga hit a great ball. Roque Honrio hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes Real Guayaquil.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Xaven Monzonis. In the 15th minute of the match Feliberto Ubelteso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patryk Basaik skillfully saved the ball. Patryk Basaik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Austin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tercero Devalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Ciro Teyo made a huge save. Oswaldo Maceira hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match Feliberto Ubelteso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patryk Basaik skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute, Tercero Devalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardo Austin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Patryk Basaik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patryk Basaik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Austin in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of MOEBIO booed when Real Guayaquil.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xines Ludueña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardo Austin kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Real Guayaquil.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Aranzazu. Hugo Aranzazu charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Aranzazu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Hugo Aranzazu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patryk Basaik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Humberto Hulberto's shot from short distance in the 49th minute. The Real Guayaquil.F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MOEBIO were winning 0-3.

After having played for 54 minutes, Roque Honrio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MOEBIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roque Honrio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Humberto Hulberto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Patryk Basaik made a huge save. In the 57th minute of the match, Feliberto Ubelteso got a very nice opportunity to score, but Patryk Basaik was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. MOEBIO's Humberto Hulberto got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Humberto Hulberto did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Patryk Basaik 60 minutes into the match. Feliberto Ubelteso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Oswaldo Maceira fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s protests and gave Oswaldo Maceira a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Real Guayaquil.F.C. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Oswaldo Maceira hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Ubelteso in the 68th minute of play forced Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s goalkeeper Patryk Basaik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MOEBIO's Ciro Teyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valencia Arenzano in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Dannes Asuaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Teyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th match minute, Real Guayaquil.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dannes Asuaga to maneuver through the defense. Patryk Basaik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Hulberto in the 80th minute of the match. Feliberto Ubelteso kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s keeper Patryk Basaik was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Hulberto got free with Patryk Basaik in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 90 minutes of play Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s Xines Ludueña was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. MOEBIO's Tomas Urti was substituted for Igor Neron. Siro Asur's late challenge caught a Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Siro Asur helped the player get up and apologised. Siro Asur hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. MOEBIO's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
