An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Hilhorst in the 10th minute of play forced Undertakers FC's goalkeeper Cliff Thomas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cliff Thomas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daan Wegman in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Peter Hellgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the game, Thodoris Aggelou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Undertakers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Decathlon Dudes the free kick. In the 16th match minute, Undertakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thodoris Aggelou to maneuver through the defense. Decathlon Dudes's Juan Ayuso got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Altino Lameirinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Sousa having to interfere. César Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Altino Lameirinhas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casper Willrodt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Luuk Theunissen threw the ball into play from the sideline. Undertakers FC's Paulino Canor quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. César Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Altino Lameirinhas in the 39th minute of play. César Sousa made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Casper Willrodt sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simon Hilhorst to strike the kick off in the second half. Casper Willrodt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luuk Theunissen charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luuk Theunissen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luuk Theunissen to maneuver through the defense. Harmen Hilkes hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Decathlon Dudes's César Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thodoris Aggelou in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Undertakers FC's Lucian Bercea got a free kick in the 58th minute. Daan Wegman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cliff Thomas. Undertakers FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Daan Wegman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cliff Thomas firmly grabbed it by the left post. Undertakers FC's Paulino Canor managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luuk Theunissen in the 65 minute of the game. César Sousa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Altino Lameirinhas went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 70th match minute, Undertakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bendt Birkemark to maneuver through the defense. César Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Willrodt in the 74th minute of the match. In the 78th match minute, Undertakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Bercea to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Decathlon Dudes's Mathieu Van de Poel tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nico-Jan Ijsselhof kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Decathlon Dudes's César Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Erik Stephansson in the 83rd minute of play. After 86 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Daan Wegman. After 90 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Klaas Zwartkruis. Cliff Thomas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Ayuso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Decathlon Dudes players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Undertakers FC.
