If Bedirhan Tan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th match minute, CiZRe BoTaNSPoR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Namık Usta to maneuver through the defense. Luis Swain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bedirhan Tan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedirhan Tan in the 16th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Luis Swain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17thth minute of the game Bedirhan Tan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.D. Bajen's Luis Swain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Shaun Cobb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Bedirhan Tan came free, but Luis Swain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Bedirhan Tan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luis Swain was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. CiZRe BoTaNSPoR were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after S.D. Bajen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Namık Usta took the corner. In the 42ndth minute of the game Bedirhan Tan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.D. Bajen's Luis Swain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Shaun Cobb could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Aydemir Kayaer made a huge save. After 44 minutes, Ernesto Che mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CiZRe BoTaNSPoR and the S.D. Bajen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, CiZRe BoTaNSPoR's Ernesto Che got a free kick in the 44th minute. Luis Swain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Talip Yücel in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blair Lusk made a kick off. Talip Yücel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Luis Swain firmly grabbed it by the left post. Luis Swain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bedirhan Tan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bedirhan Tan in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Swain saved S.D. Bajen from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Talip Yücel got free with Luis Swain in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Talip Yücel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Luis Swain when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
