The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mike Wadham helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Leicester Lions's Mike Wadham got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The supporters of FC CZARNUCHY booed when Leicester Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denzil Howarth didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC CZARNUCHY's Brendan Leblanc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save FC CZARNUCHY from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute Şükür Hagi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brendan Leblanc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mike Wadham might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brendan Leblanc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mike Wadham ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 17th minute Şükür Hagi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brendan Leblanc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC CZARNUCHY's zone, Şükür Hagi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brendan Leblanc came out of the goal and Şükür Hagi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jack Sharp hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes, FC CZARNUCHY's Christopher Sjögren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Grant Blacknell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC CZARNUCHY reached it. 24 minutes into the match, FC CZARNUCHY's goalkeeper Brendan Leblanc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şükür Hagi. When Mike Wadham got free in front of the goal in the 25th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Brendan Leblanc was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 26 played minutes FC CZARNUCHY got a freekick which was hit by Kent Godin. In the 29th minute Camron Rhodes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brendan Leblanc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mike Wadham could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Brendan Leblanc made a huge save. Mike Wadham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mike Wadham took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brendan Leblanc. Brendan Leblanc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Şükür Hagi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brendan Leblanc having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Şükür Hagi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Brendan Leblanc. That made the score 2-0 in the 47 minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hershel Guertin was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of FC CZARNUCHY booed when Leicester Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Hislop didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Leicester Lions from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the FC CZARNUCHY defense, Mike Wadham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brendan Leblanc. The FC CZARNUCHY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brendan Leblanc should have stopped the shot. FC CZARNUCHY's Alex Isak was substituted for Hershel Guertin. Brendan Leblanc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camron Rhodes in the 70th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, FC CZARNUCHY's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Wadham came free, but Brendan Leblanc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brendan Leblanc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mike Wadham in the 76th minute of the match. FC CZARNUCHY's Brendan Leblanc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şükür Hagi in the 80th minute of play. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Leicester Lions from getting a goal against them. 85 minutes into the match, FC CZARNUCHY's goal looked a bit too open when Camron Rhodes came free, but Brendan Leblanc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Wadham in the 86th minute of play forced FC CZARNUCHY's goalkeeper Brendan Leblanc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leicester Lions made a substitution. George Pearch replaced Mike Wadham. After a rather tough play, FC CZARNUCHY's Jude Bellinger got a free kick in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Leicester Lions's George Pearch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brendan Leblanc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 94 minutes into the match, Leicester Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Bergkamp came free, but Grant Blacknell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 98 minutes into the game, Alex Isak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Grant Blacknell. Alex Isak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1.
