The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augusto Batalla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Rohozec getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Zbyhněv Drábek hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Hotz in the 19th minute of play forced Rohozec's goalkeeper Augusto Batalla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jiří Mráz fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rohozec's protests and gave Jiří Mráz a yellow card for diving instead. Jiří Mráz kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Augusto Batalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Hotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Roberto Herensuge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Batalla having to interfere. Adrian Lyčka's late challenge caught a Despidida AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Lyčka helped the player get up and apologised. Adrian Lyčka hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Roberto Herensuge left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Despidida AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 42 minutes into the game, Jiří Junek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rohozec's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Despidida AFC the free kick. Jiří Junek hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Augusto Batalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Dimo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Despidida AFC's Vinicio Gau got control of the ball when Zbyhněv Drábek tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Despidida AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michal Hlavička stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vinicio Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyhněv Drábek in the 52nd minute of the match. That made the score 0-3 in the 60 minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Rohozec's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Herensuge came free, but Augusto Batalla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Oihan in the 68th minute of play forced Rohozec's goalkeeper Augusto Batalla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rohozec's Jiří Mráz got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Rohozec's goalkeeper Augusto Batalla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulises Hotz. Vinicio Gau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michal Hlavička went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 88th minute Rohozec were awarded a corner. Arnošt Kouřil went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Arnošt Kouřil almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Despidida AFC's Vinicio Gau did a great save.
