The San Fernando Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorio Ado should have stopped the shot. 14 minutes into the match, The Wolfpack™'s goalkeeper Josef Biehl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo Juvenal. The Wolfpack™'s Josef Biehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Eagles in the 32nd minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Casimiro Ayala to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, San Fernando Eagles's Josué Eagles made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Josef Biehl was left in no man's land by his defense there! 62 minutes into the match, Sam Huveneers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorio Ado. The Wolfpack™'s Karel-Jan Van den Maegdenbergh was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Victorio Ado in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Domingo Peron fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Fernando Eagles's protests and gave Domingo Peron a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Domingo Peron got a free kick in the 71st minute. San Fernando Eagles made a substitution. Flavio Guzman replaced Josué Eagles. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in The Wolfpack™ reached it. Josef Biehl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Guzman in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Jesper Svensson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorio Ado was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Jesper Svensson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorio Ado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. In the 93rd minute Jesper Svensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Ado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of The Wolfpack™ echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as San Fernando Eagles had held the ball for most of the match.
