Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Gilvan Cordeiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some careless play in the SRP-Laguna defense, Josué Eagles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilvan Luz. The SRP-Laguna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilvan Luz should have stopped the shot. Gilvan Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darío Eagles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SRP-Laguna's Gilvan Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Eagles in the 18th minute of play. Josué Eagles took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilvan Luz. Gilvan Luz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Gilvan Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Juvenal in the 24th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Juvenal notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of SRP-Laguna's Gilvan Luz. Gilvan Luz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gilvan Luz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Darío Eagles went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, SRP-Laguna's Luís Fábio Vale got a free kick in the 34th minute. Gilvan Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Eagles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pedrinho Figueiredo fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SRP-Laguna's protests and gave Pedrinho Figueiredo a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Juvenal in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilvan Luz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Casimiro Ayala scored 0-5 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilvan Luz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The SRP-Laguna players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. San Fernando Eagles were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Casimiro Ayala to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Josué Eagles tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gilvan Luz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gilvan Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darío Eagles in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Domingo Peron got a free kick in the 59th minute. Victorio Ado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernani Barral in the 60th minute of play. Casimiro Ayala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilvan Luz having to interfere. Gilvan Luz was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Josué Eagles capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Josué Eagles really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. During the 70th minute of the match Pedrinho Figueiredo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Pedrinho Figueiredo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 71 played minutes SRP-Laguna got a freekick which was hit by Pedrinho Figueiredo. A collision led to SRP-Laguna getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Pedrinho Figueiredo hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Casimiro Ayala reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gilvan Luz. The goal made the score 0-8. Gilvan Luz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casimiro Ayala in the 76th minute. Alex Sarmento kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SRP-Laguna's Raí Esteves got a free kick in the 84th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Flavio Guzman notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of SRP-Laguna's Gilvan Luz. Gilvan Luz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
