The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erasmo Gartzi was the one to do the kick off. When Erasmo Gartzi came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Academia 1903 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Gartzi couldn't finish the play. Moise Amânaloae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 62 played minutes Academia 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Lino Roldanillo. Iulian Bucurescu hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The supporters of Academia 1903 booed when FC UNIREA Alba Iulia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iulian Bucurescu didn't get a good kick on the ball.
