In the 25th match minute, CANTERANOS DMS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Ser to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to CANTERANOS DMS getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Aguirre Verde hit a great ball. When Tomas Thorsberg came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Eleven Nation Army fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Thorsberg couldn't finish the play. Marcus Svanér showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moisés Anderica, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Marcus Svanér came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by CANTERANOS DMS's Tin Santamaria. But to his dismay, Tin Santamaria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Diego Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sune Nilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes CANTERANOS DMS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Thorsberg who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Eleven Nation Army's Tomas Thorsberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Diego Kahn despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sune Nilsson in the 42nd minute of play forced CANTERANOS DMS's goalkeeper Diego Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Tin Santamaria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Svanér was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tin Santamaria to make the kick off. Diego Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sune Nilsson in the 53rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Karl-Magnus Spetz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diego Kahn was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 84th minute Karl-Magnus Spetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, CANTERANOS DMS's Bran Anievas got a free kick in the 85th minute.
