SuRpRiSe's Mattia Perin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save SuRpRiSe from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the match, SuRpRiSe's Gong Zhi Peng sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frederic Gschwendtner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 22 minutes ZigZag Athletic's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emil Dropinski who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Zhi Peng in the 25th minute of play forced ZigZag Athletic's goalkeeper Frederic Gschwendtner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Zhi Peng in the 31st minute of play forced ZigZag Athletic's goalkeeper Frederic Gschwendtner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frederic Gschwendtner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Zhi Peng in the 45th minute of play. Gong Zhi Peng charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gong Zhi Peng the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ZigZag Athletic booed when SuRpRiSe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gong Zhi Peng didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

If Gong Zhi Peng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucian Corduneanu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Fernan Senin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattia Perin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 94 minutes, Gong Zhi Peng managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SuRpRiSe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gong Zhi Peng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SuRpRiSe walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
