The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eriberto Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. ASD Real Molinella 1911's supporters rose to their feet, but Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriberto Leão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 9 played minutes Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund rounded Joinville Esporte Clube's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Joinville Esporte Clube's zone, Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Leão came out of the goal and Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomé Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deivid Montenegro in the 15th minute of the match. When ASD Real Molinella 1911's Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Joinville Esporte Clube's goalie prevented a goal. Joinville Esporte Clube's Eriberto Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund in the 18th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match, Amerigo Firmani got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eriberto Leão was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Amerigo Firmani fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASD Real Molinella 1911's protests and gave Amerigo Firmani a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Joinville Esporte Clube booed when ASD Real Molinella 1911 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amerigo Firmani didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute of the match ASD Real Molinella 1911 got a corner. Joinville Esporte Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bai Lang Chao ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ASD Real Molinella 1911's Arsenio Garoa to fire away a dangerous shot which Eriberto Leão despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Arsenio Garoa lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Eriberto Leão. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 37thth minute of the game Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Joinville Esporte Clube's Eriberto Leão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ASD Real Molinella 1911's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bai Lang Chao in the 38th minute. Eriberto Leão came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by ASD Real Molinella 1911's Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund. But to his dismay, Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amerigo Firmani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The ASD Real Molinella 1911 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 61 minutes into the game, ASD Real Molinella 1911's Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriberto Leão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Tomé Montenegro made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Deivid Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. The throw-in from Gilmar Velloso in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ASD Real Molinella 1911's Alex Pasin. In the 70th minute, Renato Chaves made a precise shot to the right of Eriberto Leão. Joinville Esporte Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. ASD Real Molinella 1911's Sandro Coisne was substituted for Elia Santangelo. In the 75th minute, Renato Chaves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Renato Chaves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Eriberto Leão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute Renato Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Renato Chaves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ASD Real Molinella 1911 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. 90 minutes into the match, Joinville Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Amerigo Firmani came free, but Eriberto Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, Joinville Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Célio Torres to maneuver through the defense. ASD Real Molinella 1911's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
