Jacobo Regis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Dalmu Lagunas made a huge save. 25 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juanita's goal looked a bit too open when Manu Kanu came free, but Placido Gitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Heriberto Palomar got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Zeledon Enol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 35 played minutes C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Titos. Placido Gitano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ponce Delgado in the 38th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juanita's goal looked a bit too open when Ponce Delgado came free, but Placido Gitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Cristian Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute Manu Kanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Gitano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodolfo Valiente stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Heriberto Palomar made in the 63rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Rafael Titos. 66 minutes into the match, Ponce Delgado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Placido Gitano, 1-3. 68 minutes into the game, Antero De Pedro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Placido Gitano. Antero De Pedro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 71st minute, Prudencio Vergaray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Antero De Pedro got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Tato Abadia hit a great ball. Zeledon Enol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Club Atletico Juanita's Andres Fidensio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Heriberto Palomar in the 93 minute of the game. The Club Atletico Juanita supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's performance. The match ended with a win for C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07.
