Adrian Petrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Fidensio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Petrea was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rolando Oliverio. Desiderio Restu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Adrian Petrea skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Melchor Arias received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adrian Petrea came out and tried to block the shot, but Melchor Arias slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 32nd minute. After 35 played minutes Cremonese got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Peru. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when Cremonese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Jaen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Petrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Arias in the 41st minute of play. Jose Tab's late challenge caught a BVB 09's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Tab helped the player get up and apologised. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Mădălin Nica made the kick off in the second half. Ildefonso Savion kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Adrian Petrea came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Cremonese's Inocencio Fidensio. But to his dismay, Inocencio Fidensio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Adrian Petrea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Desiderio Restu's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Edgar Boieraș hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. BVB 09's Adrian Petrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Restu in the 62nd minute of play. Melchor Arias took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Petrea. Adrian Petrea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Adrian Petrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Arias in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute Melchor Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Petrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 played minutes Cremonese got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Peru. A collision led to Cremonese getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Rolando Oliverio hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Cremonese's goalkeeper Julio Vasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mădălin Nica. Melchor Arias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Cremonese were the better team. Cremonese's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
