Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luís Gustavo Carvalho started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Francho in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vladimir Corrêa saved Fúria Futebol Clube from getting behind. In the 10th minute Franklin Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Niva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Luís Gustavo Carvalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fúria Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a little luck, Fúria Futebol Clube's Vladimir Corrêa got control of the ball when Nunez Arias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Franklin Alves hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Bruno Baristo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Lino Castel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Bruno Baristo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Elvio Niva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Alves in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Luís Gustavo Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvio Niva was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 36 played minutes Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Baristo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juninho Paranaense in the 38th minute of play forced Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's goalkeeper Elvio Niva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Fúria Futebol Clube's Juninho Paranaense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elvio Niva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Bruno Baristo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vladimir Corrêa. That made the score 2-3 after 46 minutes of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruno Baristo to strike the kick off in the second half. Elvio Niva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Campidelis in the 51st minute. The supporters of Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ booed when Fúria Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Mesquita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fúria Futebol Clube's Vladimir Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Baristo in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Lino Castel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimir Corrêa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. Bruno Baristo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juninho Paranaense in the 78th minute of play forced Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's goalkeeper Elvio Niva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 minutes of play, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Nunez Arias made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladimir Corrêa was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Fúria Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Evaristo Mesquita hit a great ball. Frank Campidelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Niva having to interfere. Elvio Niva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Cruz in the 89th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Francho during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Albano Francho hit a great ball.
