In the 16th minute Radoslaw Miarka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Paz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Ismael Secco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Filip Cwenar, 1-0. 27 minutes into the game, Cafu Donato recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filip Cwenar. Cafu Donato showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 34th match minute, FC Norkins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ksawery Gabis to maneuver through the defense. Filip Cwenar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joãozinho Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cafu Donato in the 41st minute of play forced FC Norkins's goalkeeper Filip Cwenar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radoslaw Miarka made a kick off. In the 61st minute, Ismael Secco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmares Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. With 65 minutes on the clock, Maurinho Peres commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Palmares Futebol Clube's Maurinho Peres got a free kick in the 65th minute. After 80 minutes of play, Palmares Futebol Clube's João Vítor Sena made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filip Cwenar was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute, Cafu Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the game, Palmares Futebol Clube's Cafu Donato nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filip Cwenar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Palmares Futebol Clube fully deserved thier win.
