The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ryan de Kort took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosario Ternero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ...Pingue S.C.... getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Cornelio Puertas hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Bal op het Dak's Gert Jan Schutrups got a free kick in the 18th minute. After some careless play in the ...Pingue S.C.... defense, Martien Degenkamp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omar Monesterio. The ...Pingue S.C.... fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omar Monesterio should have stopped the shot. Victoro Monterroso kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Han Pieters recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Theo Boeve stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, FC Bal op het Dak's Julius van Zijl seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Julius van Zijl the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Bal op het Dak protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Julius van Zijl had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, FC Bal op het Dak's Julius van Zijl got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 54 played minutes ...Pingue S.C....'s Victoro Monterroso stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Ryan de Kort stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing FC Bal op het Dak of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Bal op het Dak's Martien Degenkamp got a free kick in the 72nd minute. FC Bal op het Dak's Theo Boeve got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Cees Engelaar fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Bal op het Dak's protests and gave Cees Engelaar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ...Pingue S.C.... booed when FC Bal op het Dak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cees Engelaar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Porrata came free, but Ryan de Kort reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes FC Bal op het Dak got a freekick which was hit by Cees Engelaar. In the 82nd minute of the match Victoro Monterroso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ryan de Kort showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Martien Degenkamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Omar Monesterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Bal op het Dak were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ...Pingue S.C.... for a fine match.
