After 8 played minutes Sport Club Mavericks got a freekick which was hit by Edson Mattos. Rogério Cean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Vitin in the 9th minute of play. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Donato Saraiva sped through 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ernesto Senin. 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's Ernesto Senin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Saraiva in the 21st minute of play. Placido Vitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernesto Senin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexsandro Lira, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, Donato Saraiva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernesto Senin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 30th minute Dráusio Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Senin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesto Senin came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Sport Club Mavericks's Juvenal Castro. But to his dismay, Juvenal Castro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Placido Vitin got free with Rogério Cean in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juvenal Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, Alfonso Aurken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sport Club Mavericks the free kick. Ernesto Senin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 70 minutes, Juvenal Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sport Club Mavericks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juvenal Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfonso Aurken hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. A collision led to 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009 getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Santos Velasco hit a great ball. In the 84th minute of the match Edson Mattos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernesto Senin skillfully saved the ball. Sport Club Mavericks's Rogério Cean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Roderigo in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Erasmo Roderigo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogério Cean. Sport Club Mavericks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erasmo Roderigo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sport Club Mavericks eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
