Birger Olsman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens Spierenburg in the 21st minute of play. Hans-Cees Ricksen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Birger Olsman made a huge save. Hans-Cees Ricksen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Birger Olsman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Axel Dalberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malmö White Knights and the Albertus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Birger Olsman had in the 30thth minute some difficulties stopping Hans-Cees Ricksen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When Albertus FC's Hans-Cees Ricksen in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malmö White Knights's goalie prevented a goal. After 32 minutes, Hans-Cees Ricksen made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Malmö White Knights's Birger Olsman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Joeri Buys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Birger Olsman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Hans-Cees Ricksen notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Malmö White Knights's Birger Olsman. Birger Olsman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hans-Cees Ricksen to make the kick off. When Albertus FC's Joeri Buys in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans-Cees Ricksen in the 60th minute of play forced Malmö White Knights's goalkeeper Birger Olsman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Malmö White Knights's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Cees Ricksen came free, but Birger Olsman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Malmö White Knights getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Sven Sellberg hit a great ball. After 73 minutes, Folke Engman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malmö White Knights and the Albertus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Malmö White Knights's Folke Engman got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 77 minutes into the game, Ove Granqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malmö White Knights's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Albertus FC the free kick. Ove Granqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After having played for 78 minutes, Hans-Cees Ricksen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Albertus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans-Cees Ricksen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Malmö White Knights's zone, Christijan van Asseldonk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birger Olsman came out of the goal and Christijan van Asseldonk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Albertus FC booed when Malmö White Knights was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Rolf Korevaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Folke Engman was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Malmö White Knights's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Birger Olsman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joeri Buys in the 94th minute of the match. A collision led to Albertus FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Rolf Korevaar hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Albertus FC fully deserved thier win.
