In the 7th minute of the match Erramun Cepa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abelardo Prejun skillfully saved the ball. In the 10th minute, Radamel-Falcao García reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abelardo Prejun. The goal made the score 1-0. Kimetz Gauna hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Real Ayuntamiento CF's Omar Honesto got a free kick in the 16th minute. Abelardo Prejun made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Radamel-Falcao García sent off a good shot on target. Fernandez Villaelrriego came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Ayuntamiento CF's Lázaro Gurutz. But to his dismay, Lázaro Gurutz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Abelardo Prejun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Real Ayuntamiento CF from getting a goal against them. Abelardo Prejun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eustaquio Castorena in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Beat in the 32nd minute of play forced Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's goalkeeper Fernandez Villaelrriego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Real Ayuntamiento CF getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Lázaro Gurutz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radamel-Falcao García in the 36th minute of play forced Real Ayuntamiento CF's goalkeeper Abelardo Prejun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Otsoko Zarza took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Abelardo Prejun to make any attempt to save it. Abelardo Prejun made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Xelo Fernandes sent off a good shot on target. Eustaquio Castorena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Abelardo Prejun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abelardo Prejun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radamel-Falcao García in the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximiliano Libertad made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Castorena in the 52nd minute of play forced Real Ayuntamiento CF's goalkeeper Abelardo Prejun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Ayuntamiento CF's goalkeeper Abelardo Prejun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abelardo Prejun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radamel-Falcao García, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th match minute, Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kimetz Gauna to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Real Ayuntamiento CF's Omar Honesto got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Abelardo Prejun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radamel-Falcao García in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ booed when Real Ayuntamiento CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Beat didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Beat came free, but Fernandez Villaelrriego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Prejun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radamel-Falcao García in the 80th minute of play. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Abelardo Prejun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radamel-Falcao García in the 83rd minute of play. Alberto Chan hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Abelardo Prejun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radamel-Falcao García in the 87th minute of the match. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Abelardo Prejun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bittor Adarzo in the 89th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Real Ayuntamiento CF's goal looked a bit too open when Radamel-Falcao García came free, but Abelardo Prejun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
