An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Lico in the 6th minute of play forced UPAU FC's goalkeeper Felix Inocente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Albano Cambranes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felix Inocente. UPAU FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albano Cambranes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Felix Inocente stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximo Lico's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Felix Inocente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Napier in the 16th minute of the match. Maximo Lico kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Lico in the 26th minute of play forced UPAU FC's goalkeeper Felix Inocente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Napier, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. A collision led to Monte Hermoso Beach getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Nicolas Pereyra hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damian Napier during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Felix Inocente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Napier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florentino Gil hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th match minute, UPAU FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gregorio Bastian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maximo Lico who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Felix Inocente when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, UPAU FC's Nereo Lia got a free kick in the 56th minute. Maximo Lico's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Felix Inocente skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the last second Felix Inocente throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gregorio Bastian in the 63rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Felix Inocente didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Monte Hermoso Beach's Gregorio Bastian shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. The supporters of Monte Hermoso Beach booed when UPAU FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nereo Lia didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Florentino Gil from long distance, 80 minutes into the match, got Felix Inocente's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Felix Inocente came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Monte Hermoso Beach's Gregorio Bastian. But to his dismay, Gregorio Bastian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Florentino Gil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Monte Hermoso Beach's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
