In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Halcones Azules's goalkeeper Vicente Berdoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boxitracio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cayetano Gaitano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Boxitracio FC's Romeo Ubarna ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vicente Berdoi. Vicente Berdoi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Teofilo Dimo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vicente Berdoi. Halcones Azules's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Cayetano Gaitano made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Boxitracio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Dimo to maneuver through the defense. Boxitracio FC's Cayetano Gaitano got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diego Piarres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urbano Harriet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Lluis having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romeo Ubarna in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Berdoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Halcones Azules's Marco Donzel got a free kick in the 76th minute.
