Alberto Erlantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Ixona in the 3rd minute of the match. After 4 minutes Charmander City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Orlando Fe who took care of the corner kick. In the 6th minute, Orlando Fe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Charmander City's Alberto Erlantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Ixona in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Rejunte de perros's goalkeeper Carlos Cordarin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Calisto. In the 12th minute Dario Ixona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rejunte de perros's Marcos Otsando managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Felix Gaufred in the 15 minute of the game. Carlos Cordarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Calisto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Rejunte de perros's David Romo got a free kick in the 21st minute. Carlos Cordarin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Eduino in the 22nd minute of the match. Melquiades Fagondo charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melquiades Fagondo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd minute, Melquiades Fagondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the game, Generoso Mendebal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Charmander City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rejunte de perros the free kick. Generoso Mendebal kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dario Ixona to strike the kick off in the second half. Melquiades Fagondo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Ubaldo Benitez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rejunte de perros's Gualterio Enetz was substituted for Orlando Fe. The supporters of Rejunte de perros booed when Charmander City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Benitez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Eneto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Erlantz having to interfere. When David Romo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. A collision led to Rejunte de perros getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. David Romo hit a great ball. Lucio Eduino hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Rejunte de perros's Carlos Cordarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Benitez in the 76th minute of play. Carlos Cordarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Benitez, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 84th minute Ubaldo Benitez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Cordarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucio Eduino took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Cordarin. Carlos Cordarin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Melquiades Fagondo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. After 89 played minutes Rejunte de perros got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Fagondo. 95 minutes into the match, Charmander City's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Enetz came free, but Alberto Erlantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charmander City's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
