Christian Zangari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomáš Požgaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Tomáš Požgaj notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fc Śrem Team's Christian Zangari. Christian Zangari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 21st minute Milosz Pieprz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Štefan Semeno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zachariasz Maziarz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Štefan Semeno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Christian Zangari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomáš Požgaj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balázs Borbély in the 34th minute of play forced Fc Śrem Team's goalkeeper Christian Zangari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Zangari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Bališ in the 39th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Fc Śrem Team's goal looked a bit too open when Tomáš Požgaj came free, but Christian Zangari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Fc Śrem Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AFK Petržalka were winning 0-1.

AFK Petržalka's Štefan Semeno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariasz Maziarz in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Fc Śrem Team's goalkeeper Christian Zangari had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomáš Požgaj.
