The audience was convinced that Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tristan Franquis was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Tristan Franquis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Holman in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, FK Eldema Mstišov's goalkeeper Chiquito Flores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anastasios Machlas. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Tristan Franquis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Holman in the 17th minute of play. A collision led to Imperio Catatumbo de Lara getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Charis Banos hit a great ball. Chiquito Flores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasios Machlas, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. FK Eldema Mstišov's Chiquito Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Senio Opazo in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Imperio Catatumbo de Lara defense, Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tristan Franquis. The Imperio Catatumbo de Lara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tristan Franquis should have stopped the shot. Tristan Franquis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 30th minute of the match. Chiquito Flores made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Bruno Moneda sent off a good shot on target. If Bruno Moneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to FK Eldema Mstišov getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Gabriel Šlapák hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

57 minutes had been played when some careless play by FK Eldema Mstišov's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Liu Liang Gang was slow to take the kick. During this time Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FK Eldema Mstišov's goalie and right to Anastasios Machlas. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FK Eldema Mstišov's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Moneda in the 63rd minute of play forced FK Eldema Mstišov's goalkeeper Chiquito Flores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adalberto Tejeda's late challenge caught a FK Eldema Mstišov's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adalberto Tejeda helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Imperio Catatumbo de Lara getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Adalberto Tejeda hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Čeněk Laňka got free with Tristan Franquis in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Alberino Salgado was substituted for Anastasios Machlas. After a rather tough play, FK Eldema Mstišov's Jan Holman got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 72nd minute of the match Imperio Catatumbo de Lara got a corner. FK Eldema Mstišov's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Liu Liang Gang ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Amar Bouziane almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FK Eldema Mstišov's Chiquito Flores did a great save. Tristan Franquis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Tristan Franquis made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Gabriel Šlapák sent off a good shot on target. In the last second Tristan Franquis throw himself and got hold of the ball when Alp Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 95thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The Imperio Catatumbo de Lara fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FK Eldema Mstišov were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
