Carlos Frisco kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Medievales's Carlos Frisco got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edu Carvalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Edu Carvalho fired away a shot on goal. With a little luck, Deportivo Medievales's Zhao Ran Ming got control of the ball when Edu Carvalho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Deportivo Medievales made a substitution. Eriberto Dalmai replaced Jeremías Tindall. 62 minutes in the game Armando Roldanillo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jeremias Mark. The supporters of ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ booed when Deportivo Medievales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darrel Pennington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Mark in the 87th minute of play. Darrel Pennington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Mark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Deportivo Medievales had played much better football throughout.
