An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Bagge in the 8th minute of play forced AFC Eskilstuna's goalkeeper Lars Blom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Gartxot made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Elliot Termander sent off a good shot on target. AFC Eskilstuna's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dennis Nordgren in the 13th minute. In the 18th minute Titanes Mayas were awarded a corner. Yuri Manolev went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of AFC Eskilstuna's goalie and right to Zhang Xiang Han. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. AFC Eskilstuna's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Lars Blom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Bagge in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Njurenius in the 30th minute of play forced Titanes Mayas's goalkeeper Armando Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AFC Eskilstuna's Lars Blom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhang Xiang Han in the 37th minute of play. After some careless play in the AFC Eskilstuna defense, Franklin Souto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lars Blom. The AFC Eskilstuna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lars Blom should have stopped the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Yuri Manolev in the 44th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AFC Eskilstuna's Magne Lindström. In the 46th minute Zhang Xiang Han shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Blom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Titanes Mayas's Ruben Blai was substituted for Robert Bagge. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elliot Termander to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, Titanes Mayas's Lars Blom threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zhang Xiang Han, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 61 minutes AFC Eskilstuna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Freddy Bihar who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Freddy Bihar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AFC Eskilstuna's Lars Blom did a great save. After a rather tough play, Titanes Mayas's Cipriano Baladi got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Titanes Mayas's Ruben Blai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lars Blom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lars Blom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Souto in the 68th minute of play. Ruben Blai in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lars Blom, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 71 minutes into the match, AFC Eskilstuna's goal looked a bit too open when Zhang Xiang Han came free, but Lars Blom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Yuri Manolev took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Lars Blom to make any attempt to save it. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Lars Blom successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dan Njurenius in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Gartxot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88thth minute of the game Ruben Blai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Eskilstuna's Lars Blom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruben Blai in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lars Blom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leopoldo Reneros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Blom having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Elliot Termander made a precise shot to the right of Armando Gartxot. Titanes Mayas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Titanes Mayas played a much better game than AFC Eskilstuna and deserved their victory. The AFC Eskilstuna players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
