Santa Margarita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rosario Cepa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 29th minute Clément Lenglet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosario Cepa in the 31st minute of play forced Santa Margarita's goalkeeper Pontus Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pontus Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmie Holmqvist in the 32nd minute of play. Pontus Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmie Holmqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karim Benzema made a kick off. Santa Margarita's attentive Enzo Peruxu managed to snatch the ball when Joacim Edström made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. If Karim Benzema had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Bernini in the 64th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Gerardo Lordi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa Margarita's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Lordi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
