Mark Porst made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Infami di Canaus's André Sergipano. In the 18th match minute, Almaröds FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Palm to maneuver through the defense. Per-Arne Hansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luizão Castro in the 22nd minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Almaröds FF got a freekick which was hit by Emil Palm. In the 45th minute Ahmet İlke Beşer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexsandro Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet İlke Beşer to make the kick off. Cesare Punta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cesare Punta in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per-Arne Hansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Infami di Canaus fully deserved thier win.
